Aerosol Touch Up Paint
Where there are painted products, there is generally a need for aerosol spray paint. From the production floor to dealers’ shelves, aerosol touch up spray paint is an essential tool. Touch up spray paint can be used on the shop floor, resold to dealers,and included with finished products – enabling end users to cover blemishes caused by assembly, shipping, handling or daily use. Aerosol spray paint is convenient, safe, and easy to use. Custom-Pak Products’ aerosol spray paint is primarily packaged in four standard size containers – 4.5 oz., 6 oz., 12 oz.and 16 oz. Although these are the stocked sizes, we are capable of filling any size aerosol can. We also stock a variety of spray tips and valves to assure that you will receive the desired spray performance for your product. We manufacture custom aerosol spray paint in a multitude of colors and finishes such as:solid colors, fluorescent colors, metallic finishes, pearlescent finishes, multi-color spatter finishes, textured finishes, wrinkled finishes, high temperature coatings, clear coats, and primers .Custom-Pak Products’ in-house full service R&D lab will match the color and gloss of your OE finish in a formulation to suit your performance requirements, i.e. dry time, adhesion, UV and chemical resistance, hardness, flexibility, heat resistance, etc. The aerosol can labels can be personalized with your company logo, barcodes and a variety of other desired information.
Metallic, Speckled, Texture, Wrinkle and Other Exotic Finishes
In addition to packaging metallic, texture and wrinkle finishes, Custom-Pak Products is one of the only aerosol packagers that manufactures an aerosol system which produces a multi-colored speckled look to match powder finishes commonly used on outdoor lawn furniture and ornamental fences and railings.
