DOWNERS GROVE, IL – March 1, 2024 – PLZ Corp (“PLZ”), North America’s largest aerosol and liquid product manufacturer, today announced the sale of Custom-Pak Products, Inc. (“Custom-Pak”) to the family of John Ferring IV, PLZ’s executive chairman of the board. Mr. Ferring, son of PLZ’s founder, was previously majority owner of PLZ and led the business from 1978 – 2012.
