Meet Our Team
Nick Ferring is the Owner and CEO of CustomPak Products. As the third-generation Ferring, he has grown up in the aerosol business. Prior to leading the CustomPak business, Nick spent 12 years in various Operations and Sales leadership roles, most recently leading the PLZ Industrial group. He is also an active leader in the aerosol industry, serving on the National Aerosol Association Board of Directors for over 8 years.
John Ferring is an Owner and Strategic Advisor at CustomPak Products. He is the former Executive Chairman and founder of PLZ Corp, having started in the aerosol business in 1978. With over 50 years in the aerosol business and strong industry relationships, he serves as a strategic advisor to the Custom Pak leadership team.
Shannon Bufford is the VP of Operations at CustomPak Products, overseeing day-to-day operations including production, quality, scheduling, maintenance, and supply chain. She joined CustomPak Products in 2014, bringing over 20 years of experience in the aerosol manufacturing business, including over 10 years at Quest, Raabe, and Valspar.
Jeff Head is the VP of Finance at CustomPak Products. His responsibilities include Financial Planning and Analysis, P&L Management, Investment Decision Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Accounting and Controls. Prior to CustomPak, Jeff spent 35 years in various finance leadership roles at John Deere, most recently in Portfolio Management, where he managed portfolios with annual revenues of approximately $2.5 billion.
Kelly Flowers is the Director of Sales at CustomPak Products, responsible for all Custom Pak accounts, Customer Service, and Project Management organizations. Prior to CustomPak, Kelly spent 16 years at Larsen Manufacturing in various customer service, product and program manager, and sales leadership roles.
